Feels strong and sturdy. Excellent condition overall. Very nice patina and dark, rich color in areas. Lovely grain, nice stripes and areas of more randomness/spots, start to look a bit like burl wood. Unsure of the exact species, seems like a hardwood. Excellent grain.
