Hard to find vintage 1984 Lego Classic Space #6971-1 Inter-Galactic Command Base Set. This set is inventoried and 100% complete - and comes with original pieces and instructions. The set has 329 pieces including 3 mini-figures (Yellow Astronaut, Blue Astronaut, Black Astronaut). The gold moon on the Astronauts are all in great shape (see pictures).

The Inter-Galactic Space Command Base contains a large surface base, with a small spacecraft, a rocket, and hover vehicle. The base is built onto two space crater baseplates. On the ground level of the base is a rail track on which a launch platform for the rocket can slide back and forth. The track leads into an assembly hall - whose roof can be opened to accept the whole rocket. Next to the hall is a control center with large yellow windows. The control center also connects to a launching ramp for the small spacecraft via a narrow walkway.

The overall set is in great condition. Some of the pieces may show minor play wear and color variation. The original instructions are also in great condition with minor folds and edge wear (see pictures).
