4 antique/vintage pocket door rollers . Comes with door mounting plates . All wheels turn , Wheel swivels work although one is a little tight . All adjustment screws work nice and the adjustment screw locks work although they are a little tight , couple drops of 3 in 1 oil will do that nice if you want to use them .
