Vintage Bally Lancia Patent Leather Pilgrim Buckle High Healed - UK 9 EU 43

Item in very good condition with signs of use and marks to upper leather and discoloration spots. Sole and heel in very good condition but have hardened old glue residue from removing rubber add ons. Heels even. Interior show minimal signs of wear. Elastic strap at ankle both cut.

Offering a vintage pair of 1970s Bally Lancia. These are made of Brown Patent leather with a pilgrim buckle style. The heels on these are 4.5cm high with a low profile in the front. These are marked size 9 D, which corresponds with UK sizing. These are the earliest Bally’s Ive seen, and definately attest to a 70s Continental style. I would suggest taking them into a cobbler to mend the elastic at ankle for tighter fit, the dried glue will come off with wear (doesnt affect shoe). They have a wonderful shape and surprisingly don’t feel that dated in style.

Previously bought for a flared trouser suit combo with tailored details, have been sitting in a closet for a few years now.
