Descriptions of items can have different interpretations. Here are how and why we use certain descriptions for our DVD's, Blu-Ray's, HD DVD's and Video Games:

Brand New - Brand new *SEALED* product.

Like New - Product is brand new but we removed the manufacturers seal as the existing seal was damaged or had perished.

Very Good - Product case is in very good condition with minor scratches or scuffs and/or CD itself may have none or very minor scratches or scuffs.

Good - Product case has some scratches, scuffs or cracks and/or CD has some scratches or scuffs.

Acceptable - Product case has obvious scratches, scuffs or cracks and/or CD will have scratches or scuffs.

We quality check each item listed.

If you require additional photos of an item we will be more than happy to provide these. If you are unhappy with your purchase due to an item fault, please contact us if you would like to return an item. 

Please do not open sealed product if you wish to return an item. You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them. 

Buyer pays all shipping costs for a return and we ask the item be shipped back the same way it was shipped to you (IE. If we send the item with tracking then tracking is used when returning the item).

We aim to use cost effective solutions for shipping in order to provide you with the best possible price.

Single DVD cases which are 20mm (2cm) thick or less will be sent as an untracked large letter in a small PM1 padded mailer.

Larger DVD's or single season box sets will be sent in either a small satchel with bubble wrap to protect the item or a small padded mailer. These items are sent with tracking.

TV Series or DVD collections will be sent in an appropriately sized satchel with bubble wrap to protect the item. These items are sent with tracking.

Combined shipping is also available for customers purchasing multiple items.

All photos provided in our listings are of the actual product - We do not use stock photo's.

If an item has been purchased but not paid for we will cancel the sale within 72 hours of non-payment.
