Notice:
1.When using an electric oil heater, be sure to place it upright, because it heats the surrounding heat transfer oil through the heating tube at the lower end, so that the heat transfer oil flows in the draft tube to transfer heat. If it is placed upside down, horizontally or obliquely, it will cause empty burning and burn out the heating tube
2.It is strictly forbidden to cover clothing such as quilts and clothes on the electric heating oil radiator during use, not to mention wet clothes
3.The temperature control switch should be checked frequently to see if it can normally turn on and off the heater at the corresponding temperature, and the light indicating the gear position must be intact
4.Special attention: the electric oil heater cannot be used in the bathroom!! Although there is a waterproof plastic cover on the switch of the electric oil heater, it is only waterproof against drips and splashes and not against steam. It is dangerous to use in the bathroom

The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:

2. The item must be returned in NEW condition and with the entire original package, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc. 

3. Customer is responsible for return postage, but we will cover all expense in sending replacement. 

4. Any returning must inform us first, to send back without return ID (given by LD customer service) will not be accepted. 

5. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
