Please note that this is a black and white film, circa 1938.  It mentions two places, Wichita Kansas and Grand Junction (likely Colorado) as the estate and many of the films were also Colorado.

A child and various places where he grew up although 

I did not recognize the streets, houses, neighborhood, locations.
