SMC Pentax Camera Lens (for Digital SLR) - FA 645 ZOOM 1:4.5 80~160mm 4200661. Made in Japan. Includes hood/shade for front of the lens.

I am afraid I do not know very much about camera equipment, so please do your own research to confirm this item will actually fit your particular camera brand and model.

I believe it may have been originally fitted to a Pentax 645D Medium Format Digital SLR camera.

It appears to be in very good condition and undamaged. Unfortunately, I do not have the original packaging or manuals.

Was inspected by expert at Camera House shop at Logan in early April 2024 who advised no evidence of mould inside the unit. 

I have more Pentax lens available that were all used with same camera, please view my other items. Happy to do a deal if you would like to buy all of them as a set.
