-          I aim to dispatch all my items as soon as possible and getting them delivered in less time frame than stated in my description.

-          Free postage is for UK mainland only, or whatever land Royal Mail/courier covers without an increase in costs. Free local collection.

-          All my items are security marked to prevent fraud (invisible).

-          I describe all my item to the best of my knowledge. Due to the high volume of items I go through, some items only get tested for a short while but for all the features. I am not here to rip people off. If there is a problem, I will do my best to resolve it with you.

-          No manufacturer’s warranty is included with any of my items unless stated otherwise in the main description. Some serial numbers may have been removed by the manufacturer.

-          I only accept returns based on a good reason. Message me before initiating a return, I am here to help.

      What's included with the item is listed or pictured in my description - nothing more, nothing less. WUSIWUG.

      Please don't buy to have a look and then send back because you changed your mind. Especially for spares or repair items. I am not a high street shop. If you have any questions please ask before you buy, not after.
