Some items that we sell are purchased from other sources, and it is not possible to know the conditions under which they were stored at another location.   We use good judgment and never purchase soiled, stained, or odor-damaged items for re-sale and wherever possible, all items are freshly laundered before shipping.

We package carefully and ship promptly.
