“In excellent pre-owned condition.”  This is an item that at first glance could be mistaken for a new item or is one that has had minimal use and laundering, no damage (stains, holes, tears, unraveling, odors) and does not have any observable flaws or inconsistencies in the original construction of the garment.

You will be receiving the item shown in the photographs.  Please review the photographs carefully for garment conditions.  If there are any significant flaws in the garment, we will make every effort to show them in the photographs and to bring to your attention any flaws we notice.

We provide these measurements to ensure that you will have a positive experience with your clothing purchase and to avoid the hassle and expense of having to return an item that does not fit.  Clothing sizes vary by manufacturer.  In order to ensure that you will have a good fit, you should compare the measurements of this garment to something you already own that you know fits you well.

STORAGE AND SHIPPING

All items are stored in a smoke-free and extremely pet-friendly work site.  Our lovely menagerie resides upstairs and we do our work in the basement.  Although there is often pitiful whining at the closed basement door, and some curious kitty paws under the door, we do not let them come down there, so our work and storage area is separated from the zoo.  An occasional pet hair may slip through though despite our best efforts to make sure it does not.  And of course if you are allergic to animals you may want to avoid us.  

Some items that we sell are purchased from other sources, and it is not possible to know the conditions under which they were stored at another location.   We use good judgment and never purchase soiled, stained, or odor-damaged items for re-sale.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We combine shipping for multiple purchases made and paid for before midnight EST on the same day.  (9 PM on the west coast)  To take advantage of this, proceed with purchasing your items, but do not pay for them.  Let us know when you have finished shopping, and we will send you an invoice that includes your reduced shipping charge. 

If you make a mistake and have already paid for the items individually or you change your mind and want to purchase another item (on the same day), we will still combine the shipping for you.  In this case, we will refund the shipping overpayment to you instead of sending you an invoice.

We package carefully and ship items promptly - always within 1 business day of your payment being received -  and we provide confirmation and tracking numbers so you can see the progress of your package as it travels on its way to you.
