This is an aftermarket part

Saab 9 3 - vectra vxr and insignia sump oil level sensor O Ring. High quality after market part . This is a viton high performance o ring. High temperature and oil compatible  . Tested on a few vehicles over a few years and not had any repeat leaks .

To get this o ring from saab you would have to buy the whole sensor for over £120 .

You can fit this o ring by removing the circlip and pushing the plug into the sump.  You need to put some thin lock wire (supplied) around the end of the plug so you can pull it back through.  Its a fiddly job but far less work than removing the engine and sump like WIS workshop manual suggests . There are various videos and threads on forums to help.
