You are buying BRAND NEW Bones Rapture Skateboard Wheels SPF 58mm 84B (104A).  The wheels are brand new never been skated.  They are removed from the plastic wrap and do have some very minor cosmetic defects and some light yellowing, nothing that impacts performance.  *refer to images for more detail*
