Terms and Conditions of Sale (Please Read)

Your bid / accepted offer is a contract - Place a bid or an offer only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.  I will not cancel winning bids or accepted offers.

Payment is required within 3 days.    If payment is not received within 3 days a non-payment file will be opened with E-bay.

·     I am not a professional.  I try to describe the item to the best of my ability to include any obvious imperfections.

·      Seller does not accept returns.    

·      I do not sell on approval or condition.

·      Please ask questions BEFORE bidding. 

·      I only accept payment through eBay Managed payments. 

·      All items are shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment.

·       I do my best to enter the weight and size of the package so that accurate shipping costs are calculated. 

·       Please respect my best efforts and be fair in working out any issues with me. I never want to take advantage of a buyer.

·       Handling fee applies to shipping supplies and/or insurance.    

·       I will combine shipping if possible.  Please notify me before you pay if you buy multiple items.
