Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price paid, minus insurance and shipping. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment unless another method is requested.

International Customers: We will not reimburse for any duties, customs, shipping, port charges or taxes or any additional charges that you might have paid to your authorities. We only refund the cost of the item purchased.

Steps to return your purchase:

• Inform us within 30 days of item(s) delivery before you ship the item back to us. We will provide the return address.
• Please print out your name, address, phone number and order/item number, and enclose it with your returned product.
• For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (USPS, FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your jewelry is lost in transit. We are not responsible for the lost return packages.
• Once we have received the return item(s), we will inspect the condition for any damage.
• Upon passing the condition inspection, we will process your refund.

If you don't like the product, return the product within 30 days for a full refund. Please don't leave us a negative feedback.

Please note that we are not liable for any damage to the jewelry caused by the customer. As with any fine jewelry, 14K Gold / Sterling Silver should be stored individually, either in its own soft pouch or in a separate compartment in a jewelry or storage box. Never use tissue or paper towels as they can scratch the product. Check with a professional jeweler with any questions. Remove your jewelry if you are using any chemicals.
