This is a Designer Inspired Dog Harness Dress. Red Satin skirt and Sleeves, sparkly silver tulle underskirt, and 3 fabric roses with a sparkly rhinestone button in the center of each one. Pics doesn't give this dress justice. I use only the best Premium 100% Cotton. Lining on back. Top stitching. A strong hook and loop closure. Comes with a d-ring for a leash.
