We use Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery for smaller items under £10. Yodel 72 for items which are above £20 and Yodel 48 for bigger items. Ordering with Class Electronics is quick and simple, and if you wish to purchase express delivery this can be purchased on checkout.
If for any reason you do not receive your order when expected, please contact us. As delivery services are not 100% guaranteed, particularly during busy periods such as xmas, we do ask that you allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery. If after a couple of days your order has still not reached you, contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
We accept 30 days no hassle returns but the buyer must pay full cost of shipping the item back. We take extreme care to ensure that goods are examined for damage before packaging and sending.
