Shows a few spots commensurate with age. It has rarely beenused, and left forgotten, in a drawer for 10 years. A true collector's item.
I purchased this knife in the town of Laguiole, France, in1985. It has rarely been used since. The little bee or wasp at the top of the knife is a tradition for Laguiole knives. They must have "l'abeille."
Forge de Laguiole® is the manufactory which produces itsknives entirely in the French village of Laguiole, according to a tradition dating back to 1828.
Vintage folding knife is in very good condition. Normal signs of age and wear. Wood handle, with brass bolsters. Opens & closes well. Tight, with no wobble.
