Overall excellent condition, definitely one of the best condition boxes currently on eBay with an available price under $1200, I'll let the photos do the talking!

Only significant point to mention is the light discoloring on the back of the Allstars cartridge, however with the game easily obtainable for around $20, it's not hard to replace if you wanted to get it up to the best condition you can.
