Good  quality specialist sprint  spike  suitable for the school / district  / club athlete 

Semi shaped flexible 5 spike plate, good foot and heel support, synthetic meshed upper 

 6 lace holes / slots  per side of the shoe,  

currently fitted with new  condition 6mm  track pins which will be removed for 

posting to protect you the shoes and the postman.

all the threads are hand checked and good to go ,

If you are new to spikes probably best to order one size above your school shoe as spikes

 typically come up small.
