As with all mail/packages, delays happen, when your item(s) are in USPS, UPS, FedEx possession, I no longer have control of delivery times.  I will do all I can on my end to ensure you receive your merchandise in a timely manner.

Refunds are accepted: if within 14 days of purchase you are not satisfied, you (the buyer) will be able to purchase a return shipping label. Once received and verified merchandise is in same the same condition as sent, a full refund of your purchase price will be given.
