Painted Toy Soldiers Lead or Pewter Medieval Knights Wargaming or RPG Miniatures

We have secured a huge collection of hand-painted toy soldiers from a hobbyist that was very passionate about painting miniatures from ancient times up until about the Spanish American War. He painted miniatures of various types and quality, some with details down to specific heraldry and colors of various lords, kings, and dukes.

Items are also in a variety of conditions. Before we arrived to pack some of the items ourselves, some items were packed into boxes in order to try and make room for the estate cleanout process and those soldiers do have varying degrees of damage. Others, we packed directly from dioramas and shelves and those are in good condition. We cannot describe conditions of individual soldiers, so we have taken clear photos and attempted to specifically photograph any damage we noted when setting them up. I tried my best to separate plastic from metal, but I have gone through thousands of soldiers so you may end with a stray metal in a lot labeled plastic or vice versa.

This collection includes thousands and thousands of toy soldiers and war gaming miniatures. I do my best to describe items accurately. I am not an expert and often do not know the history of individual items.
