It has a Rolex sign in the backround - possible Rolex building?

There is also a Camel sign shown as well. The building with the stairs is or became the Hotel Giolli.

This is an original! It is from my grandparent's personal collection. I believe my dad picked this up when he was traveling the world when he was in the Army.
