This listing is for a 1972 ABA/NBA preseason exhibition program between the Detroit Pistons and the Indiana Pacers, played on October 4th, 1972, at the Indiana State Fair Coliseum. 

In this game, the Pistons defeated the Pacers, 138-136, in double overtime, behind a game-high 31 points from Bob Lanier.

This game would be the first ABA/NBA game to go into overtime. 

This program is in very good to excellent condition, with minor hairline creasing.
