Payments: We expect payment within 5 days of a winning bid. If payment is not received we reserve the right to relist the item.

Shipping: We usually ship with-in 1 business day after receiving cleared payment. Tracking numbers are provided for free. We only ship to the address linked to the eBay account due to eBay's Protection Policy. All of our items are shipped securely, lowering the chance of the item being damaged during transit. We currently only ship to the contiguous United States at this time. International shipping is not available at this time.

Refunds: Refunds are issued if we inaccurately describe an item or if it is damaged during transit. New items must be unopened in the condition they were in when leaving our possession. If you have any problems with your transaction, please notify us before leaving negative feedback and we will do what we can to make you happy with your item.
