Sobell House Hospice offers specialist palliative care to those facing life-threatening illness, death, and bereavement in Oxfordshire. This encompasses physical, psychological, social, and spiritual care and includes supporting their families and those close to them. We care for around 3,000 patients and their families every year.


All of the items we sell have been donated to the Sobell House Hospice Charity, and most have been pre-loved. We have no history with any of the items we sell.  Any major defects will be shown in the photographs and highlighted in the description. Some items are donated with gift aid – these items are being sold under the Retail Gift Aid scheme, which enables us to increase the value of donations by 25%. Sobell House Hospice is acting as an agent selling these items on behalf of the Gift Aid Donor.


Item Description: used, but visually in good condition, no chips in the casing, tested as working. Has been factory reset but set to English.  Has some accessories (no steaming bowl) and the thermomix sliding board. Please see all photographs as these form part of the description.


All payments are made via the eBay managed payments system.


We will despatch items within 3 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method described on your invoice. We can not send your item to an alternate address other than the registered address on your eBay account.


We use 'Royal Mail Second Class Signed For' or Parcelforce postage on all our parcels. It is a little more expensive, but this allows us to track parcels, and it is for your peace of mind as well as ours. The tracking number will be added to eBay at the time of dispatch.


Buyers must pay for the items they purchase on eBay within 7 calendar days as per eBay buyer policy. If items are not paid for within this timeframe, we may cancel the order, and an unpaid cancellation will be recorded on your buyer's account by eBay.


The Online Trading Team operates from 9am-2pm on weekdays only.  We endeavour to respond to your query within 24 hours of receiving your message.


If something has gone wrong with your purchase, for example your item hasn't arrived, or it has been damaged in transit please contact us via the eBay messaging service in the first instance before leaving feedback, and we will endeavour to resolve your problem as quickly as we can. If you wish to make a return for a refund, please follow the eBay returns policy.


International Postage We have no control over eBay's Global Shipping Programme. The Import Tax, Customs, and other charges are all calculated at the checkout.  Queries on International Shipments should be sent to eBay's Customer Service Team.


Can I return my item if it's not suitable? We do offer a 7 day policy for returns on any items that are unsuitable. Please reach out to us if there is a problem before leaving feedback, and we will do our best to help.
