For Delivery, we use a number of different couriers for domestic parcel deliveries. Most orders are with you within 1-3 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders within the same working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday).
Please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.
PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us.
Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.
For orders cancelled after despatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.
We will try our best to make sure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
Express Delivery:
We offer a paid £2.99 next working day delivery (Excludes weekends). You have to select this option at point of purchase, the next working day has a cut off for an order is 12 PM.
RETURNS
We offer a 30 day returns policy. Please return your item and make sure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note in with your item(s), as this is the proof of purchase.

WARRANTY
All items come with a 30 days warranty unless stated otherwise. We do not cover labour costs involved with fitting or removal of any parts.
Please note: this is a used item and therefore there is always a risk factor involved when buying used parts that they may not work or may be faulty.
We are a breaker yard and these parts are coming off insurance written of vehicles, therefore we are unable to and cant test every part.
We test parts where we can and security mark all our items and do offer a 30 days return policy if there is any issues.
