Tips:

  1. The height of the water depends entirely on the intensity of the sun's rays.

  2. The pump does not store solar energy, it only drives directly through sunlight.

  3. It only works if the sunlight is strong enough. And make sure the solar panel is aimed directly at the sunlight.

  4. There should be enough water in the pool to make sure that the pump is completely submerged in the water.

  5. Do not run the water pump without water, which will shorten the life of the pump.

  6. Do not submerge the solar panel and controller under water.

  7. Please clean the pump regularly for normal and highly efficient work.

The faulty item will be exchanged for the same model once the return guidelines are followed:

2. The item must be returned in NEW condition and with the entire original package, including cartons, parts and instructions manual etc. 

3. Customer is responsible for return postage, but we will cover all expense in sending replacement. 

4. Any returning must inform us first, to send back without return ID (given by LD customer service) will not be accepted. 

5. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
