Vintage French Santons Figurines, Christmas Nativity Set, Devineau, 7 pcs

This lovely seven piece ensemble is composed of authentic old French “santons”, or Nativity figurines. The set includes the Holy Family, a piping shepherd, an ox, a donkey and a sheep.  The ox and the donkey are flocked putz, the infant Jesus is terra cotta and the other pieces are chalkware. All figures were made by Devineau, famous santon maker in Nantes during the first half of the 20th century. These santons are in very good condition with the exception of signs of age and wear on the surface including a few small chips. They will add a charming atmosphere of Christmas in France to your home or be excellent additions to your collection.

Items in the US are sent via USPS.

Items in Paris, France, are sent by registered mail via the French Post Office.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Return Policy

No questions asked return policy. Items must be returned in 14 business days. Item must be returned undamaged, in its original condition and packed, shipped, and insured in the same manner. Buyer pays return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
