Alstom Signaling Frequency Selective Meter. Unit charges up and powers on with the frequency and measurement displays showing values when "display" is pressed, no further testing has been preformed due to a lack of equipment.  Unit looks to be in good condition and complete with no notably damaged or missing parts beyond the lack of leads/power cord (standard 3-prong cord) and some light scuffs/dust here and there. Unit with front cover in place measures 12.75" wide, 8" tall, and 12.375" deep. Please refer to the photos for a further evaluation of condition.
