I can add a new TCS or ESU Sound decoder to your selection, just select from my TCS or ESU Decoder Listing and add to the shopping cart for combined shipping. I will install the decoder of choice at no charge for labor. If wanting ESU sound, please include the sound file # you want loaded.
If purchasing other items such as couplers, paint, decoders or other engines / cars place all items in "add to cart" then request an invoice and will happily adjust total combined shipping.

Returns must be in same condition as shipped. On all returns, seller must be notified in advance to include pictures of received items for review and explanation of reason for return. Upon acceptance of return the sell will issue a shipping return label for return. No exceptions to this process. I will be fair and reasonable but will not be taken advantage. Upon seller return receipt and inspection buyer will be contacted of final disposition. Shipping damage must be addressed with delivering carrier.
