You are bidding on a 2004 Alfa See Ya 40FD (40 footer) with double slide outs, all on a heavy-duty Freightliner Chassis with air ride suspension and air brakes, powered by a Caterpillar C7 350 HP Turbo Diesel engine attached to a heavy-duty Allison push button transmission.  Complete with Cruise Control, chrome mirrors, leveling system, backup camera, and a Guardian 7500 watt Diesel Generator that runs perfect with JUST 544 hours!!  This coach runs and drives PERFECT!!  This coach has just 99,612 miles!


CONDITION:   This coach has less than a dozen 'blisters' in the fiberglass side. They are very small (smaller than a pencil eraser in size) that was very common to this era of Alfa Motorhomes.  We have bought/sold several similiar coaches.   We recommend rubbing silicon over the spots, although the fiberglass is impermeable to water, this ensures they are sealed and when using white, it looks almost perfect.  This coach RUNS AND DRIVES perfect and is CAMP READY!  This is a SUPER nice diesel coach and is otherwise VERY clean!!!

 

As you enter the coach through the bus style entry door, you are at the dash area.  There are two leather captain chairs and overhead are several storage cabinets including a large TV!!  As you turn around and step into the living room area, on the right is the first large slide out!  This houses a leather couch hide-a-bed followed by a cabinet and then the free-standing dinette. Back to your left has an area that could take a recliner or small couch (missing) followed by the kitchen area.  Notice the solid surface counter tops throughout.  There are TONS of cabinets, and note they are all SOLID oak!   Just past this is the large FOUR DOOR Norcold fridge!  There is TONS of storage through this area of the coach!


As you step into the middle of the coach, back to your right is the bathroom complete with large corner shower, commode, and the vanity sink!  Back across the hall is the COMBO Washer/Dryer and several more cabinets down the hall!!


As you step towards the back of the coach, on the left is another slide out that houses a HUGE closet area and multiple drawers.  The queen bed is in this area with MANY drawers/cabinets overhead and around!!  Also note the ceiling mounted TV in this area!!

 

This coach has lots of storage and cabinets throughout!  It has the popular double BASEMENT a/c units (works perfect!).  The generator runs perfect, and all systems have been tested and everything works!  This coach has beautiful SOLID hard wood OAK cabinets throughout!  This is a super nice higher end product!!    

 

This coach runs/drives PERFECT.  This coach has TONS of storage and a nice basement!!  The exterior of the coach looks great and shiny all over aside from the small damage mentioned.  We would rate the outside an easy 7+ out of 10 aside from the few blisters.   The outside is shiny and the graphics look great!  The interior of this coach was WELL taken care of and looks excellent.  We rate the inside an easy 9+ out of 10!!

This is a super nice coach ready to hit the road, we need it gone ASAP!  Save a bundle on this coach!

Payment Information: A non-refundable deposit of 10% must be paid within 36 hours of the close of the auction. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days.  We prefer a bank wire.  Cashiers check and cash in person is also accepted.  Title is in hand and will be held until all funds are known clear (usually a few hours with bank wire, possibly 1-2 weeks with a cashiers check).   DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT HAVE FUNDING SECURED!
