Our Princess At Home Lisa Sheridan 1940 Edition Book.

Very interesting book focused on portraying, at the time, Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret in their daily life activities. Made during the war it was a book trying to show the Princesses as everyday people.

I read the book cover to cover and found it both interesting and a bit sad (now of course both passing away) to look back on their lives as children.

A must for anyone who is into the British royal family. Lots of great pictures.

Condition wise I would rate as good. Hard covers and binding is in tact with the usual wear on the corners and sides. Pages have some age spots but nothing extreme and are solidly in place. No writing, dedications or pen marks which is nice.

I would say the biggest issue is on the opening and closing page. You can see a break in the edge showing a bit of the webbing of the binding. Again nothing extreme.

There are two letters from the purchaser of the book to their family. I can include them if you want them. Both written on April 20, 1944. Just send me a message or let me know on purchase.

Please have a look at the photos to put condition in context and feel free to ask questions. Thanks for your interest in this item.
