1= connected a power line to the item, note: NO motherboard memories, NO HD, NO mouse, NO keyboard

2= switched on the switch at the Power Supply, back bottom of the item

3= pressed the on/off button on top front of the item

4= noted the many blue lights came on MOMENTARY (a slow flash) from the fans and inside the item

5= the fans also JERKED as going to start

6= then everything back to "normal" off state
