Fabulous Antoria Telecaster Bass that plays and sounds superb. You can see and hear this actual bass on Foxy's Guitar Show on YouTube and here's the link:

I think it's from 1971 because one of the original pots has the figures 71 on it but it could easily be anywhere from the very late 60's to the very early 70's.

This is one of only two Antoria Telecaster basses I've ever seen. There's a few with a similar construction that have Ibanez on the headstock but I should think this one's pretty rare. The brightwork is pitted but functional and all but one of the tuning keys is bent - not to the extent they don't work but 3 have little kinks in the shafts. They work fine and hold their tune though. There's no pickup or bridge covers and it looks as though there has originally been a second finger anchor under the G String on the scratchplate which is no longer present. There's paint missing in various places but no particular neck or bodywork issues as far as I can see - it all looks pretty straight.

The knobs aren't the originals. There was only one original but it's so old that it may have been an earlier replacement anyway. It'll come in a hard case that has Burns London on it but these are just stick on letters you can get from eBay - it isn't a Burns case. It's definitely for a bass guitar though. The nut is chipped by the E string but doesn't affect sound or performance.
