Up for sale is this C. F. Martin Soprano Ukulele - Style 2, c. 1920, made in Nazareth, PA. The ukulele has a dark mahogany finish, mahogany body and neck and a rosewood fingerboard. A black chipboard case is included.

This ukulele is one of the best sounding ukuleles I've ever played or heard. It has an amazing resonance and tone.

The Martin logo is stamped inside the soundhole and also on the back of the headstock. It
has a dark natural mahogany finish and an offset 3-ply white celluloid binding around the top and a single ply on the back. There is a subtle ring around the soundhole which is elegant and refined. The dot inlays are tiny and also quite elegant.

The tuners are not original. There are several professionally-done repairs worth mentioning. The repairs do not affect sound, play or appearance.

Condition: Overall, the ukulele is in Good condition due to its repairs and overall wear. There are various scratches and dings as seen in the pictures. Keep in mind this is a 100+ year old instrument, so there will be some wear from use.

Repairs and restoration:
This ukulele plays perfectly and has a full, warm and beautiful tone.
