You are bidding on an old antique part for a woodworking lathe

This vintage part for machinery was made by King Seely for Craftsman
I pulled it off an old Craftsman lathe
It is the banjo that holds the tool rest for the lathe chisel
Per the parts diagram, the banjo is Craftsman Part Number 18138
The lower foot has a part number cast into it, it is 18139
The banjo will take a 3/4 inch tool rest shaft or more precisely, a 13/16 inch pin
The overall condition is good. There is surface rust on it, look at the pictures. There are no cracks. The threads on the bolt and the tool rest lock are in excellent condition. Given a good wire brushing and a coat of paint, you will have a very nice replacement part or additional tool rest holder for your lathe.
