Return Policy

1. Full refund is provided only within 7 days after the arrival of the part(s) 
2. Postage and handling/shipping charges are non-refundable
3. Refund amount is limited to the original purchase price/amount of the part. Warranty does not cover the cost of labour or any other amount in regards to fitting the part.
4. Our liability as a whole is/are limited to the original purchase amount.
5. No refund is provided for modified, altered, damaged or parts
6. If a part sold/delivered is found to be faulty if in stock a replacement will be supplied. Any evidence of tempering /dismantling a supplied part, which has been returned subsequently as faulty will void warranty.

2.     KEEP IN MIND all second hand/used items are SUBJECT to minor scratches or wear and tear. 

3.     All parts are supplied in good faith, as much as you wouldn't like to purchase a faulty product, we do not want to sell faulty products. This is why if you have any issues or concerns please get in contact with us and we will do our best to assist or resolve any issues or concerns.

 Shipping/Delivery

•       Goods will be shipped once payments are cleared, will be shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) 
•       You will receive items within 4-5 business days for small items and 5-10 days for larger items also depending on location. The arrival of items may be delayed to public holidays or weekends which are out of our control.
• If purchased with local pick up option collections are welcome between Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm
• Shipping price will include packaging and handling
•     We will do our best to provide you with the most reliable, affordable and quickest.
• SMALL ITEMS: will be shipped with Australia Post 
• LARGE ITEMS: Will be shipped through one of the following couriers; Startrack, TNT, TOLL, FASTWAY, COURIERS PLEASE etc
• Very large items such as engines and transmissions may need businesses for delivery to be removed off the vehicle at destination
• Engines come long bare, unless specified otherwise, meaning no turbo/superchargers, alternators, starter motors, A/c compressors and steering pumps

Electronic Item Purchases

1. Electronic items may or may not require programming to be suitable for your vehicle. This is up to the buyer to make sure if they will require programming of the item before purchase. We do not provide refunds for this reason, and we do not guarantee that you won?t require programming. We do not erase the previous memory from ECUs and other electronic modules etc. These items may require programming.
