Produced by Thomas Webb, very well known in the field of glassmaking within Great Britain.  This lovely set that screams out the traditional true British life that was once lived.  A complete set ready for a next owner.  The set has been in my family since new, but rather being hidden away in a cupboard, someone will be able to admire the craftsmanship that we have seemed to have lost.

Terms & Conditions of Transaction
1) Dispatch Times - We dispatch all goods on the day payment is received.  If selecting free postage please allow 5 working days for your goods to be delivered.  If you experience a delay, please feel free to contact me.  The dispatch date will be printed on each shipping label by the courier.  If there is a public holiday, dispatch will occur after the public holiday has ended. 

2) Item Not Received – All items are sent with a tracking number regardless how big or small and I'll attached the tracking number to every transaction via eBay.  If you have not received your item, please email us and we'll be able investigate its location.  If I need to escalate to the courier, I will be able to do so.

3) Damages/Returns - Please review each listing on its return policy.  Some items are non-returnable therefore please ask for details if unsure.  If you have received a damaged item please contact me within 24 hours of receipt, I will escalate a claim to the courier.  

4) Payment – If collecting, cash on collection is preferred due to a few dishonest people with PayPal claims.  If I am shipping the item to you, please complete the transaction within 5 days unless previously agreed.  eBay will automatically open an unpaid case after 3 days of non-receipt of payment.  We offer a 3% saving to customers wishing to pay us directly (excludes collection only items) and we also sell on other Market Places for less as we have no charges.

5) Purchased in Error - PayPal has now changed it's policy and is keeping all fees regardless whether we refund you or not.  Should you wish to cancel the transaction and paid via PayPal, we will deduct these fees from your refund, + 10% of the fee for eBay.  I know this is unfair and unmoral, but unfortunately these big companies don't play fair and everyone wishes to use them.  An example of this condition is if we say an item is collection only, and the buyer purchases without due care.

6) FREE UK Postage - Free postage may not cover the Highlands & Ireland, (including Northern Ireland), please check with me first by sending me your postcode if unsure.

7) International Postage - I ship to everywhere around the world.  To receive a quote please use eBay's global shipping programme.  We will not ship items outside of eBay's protection.

8) Postal Insurance – Postal Insurance is covered for all our items automatically.  Should you discover a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours.

9) Legal's - If buying under auction, the Buyer acknowledges that this sale IS NOT a consumer sale for the purposes of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.  The Buyer agrees they shall not seek to reply upon and conditions or warranties implied thereby or by any other legislation.  All items are Sold as Seen with no grading or guarantees and can include used items, salvage, raw returns, ex-display, repossessed and seized goods.  In the event of a misuse of Bay’s money back & returns policy we will seek compensation.  County Court Judgements will be issued to all non-paying bidders or where costs are unfairly incurred.  Please speak to Trading Standards or the Citizen Advise Bureau for your legal standing.

10) Viewings - We always recommend and encourage the potential buyer to view the goods prior to bidding/purchasing.  Viewing is available 7 days a week between the hours of 09:00hrs to 19:00hrs.  If you have any questions, please ask before the auction ends, I will always do my best to help.
