Returns: Accepted within 30 days. Return shipping policy: Buyer's responsibility if product sold as described or buyer had a change of mind. Should items sold not arrive as described; return shipping will be seller's responsibility. If item is damaged in shipping and the box is destroyed or damaged buyer must refuse item and the shipping Service will inspect, then return item to me and they will be responsible for full refund of item. (That is what shipping insurance is for and available on all items shipped by seller) If buyer attempts to swap out an old look alike item for the item sold, return shipping will be paid by buyer. Seller will inspect item and check photographs and all videos taken including packaging process recorded prior to shipping and placed in item listings library, buyer will be reported and not entitled to any kind of a refund.
