Beautiful coloring on a very famous Japanese block print by Utagawa Hiroshige.
Titled: Suido Bridge and Surugadai.
VERY RARE to find such an old print.

This is from the sailing of the SS Kitano Maru (sunk by a mine in 1942).
Dated Thursday, 7th March, 1929.
As you can see from the scans, there is normal yellowing and age spots.
Coloring on the front is wonderful.
Look close at the photos for condition - there are some edge bumps and slight fading among other blemishes.
