We are on managed payments for eBay purchases. For in store pick up we also accept cash and electronic payment, through Eftpos, Visa and Master Card. We also offer AfterPay and ZIP Pay in store. Please note pick up is only available from our Varsity Lakes Store (Unit 1/10 John Duncan Court Varsity Lakes) you will need to advise a few days before collecting your goods, should you choose this method.

Please note while we try to absorb the cost of freight we reserve the right to cancel purchases to remote areas where the freight cost is more than what we receive for the item.

Most small items will be sent with Australia Post whilst the larger items will be sent via courier or Australia Post.

Please contact us for the shipping cost to your area where freight is allocated. Please provide your postcode. We will arrange the cheapest postage price to your area whether via courier or Australia Post. If you require another form of postage please let us know so we can amend the shipping price. We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases. At Hyalite all products are securely packaged on site in order to minimise any errors or other problems that may occur once the products have left the store. We are not responsible for damaged items during transit however if you contact us about the damage/issue, we will try and work with you to fix it.

All packages are posted in plain packaging to assure customer discretion. All items are marked as Authority to Leave unless you state otherwise. Once payment is made items are shipped within 1 business day. Depending on your location you should receive your item in 2-7 business days. Please note NT, SA, Tas and WA deliveries may take longer.

Please note that while all care is taken during wrapping and packaging, we can not be held responsible for issues/delays or damages during delivery. Where tracking details are supplied, you should contact the delivery service to request a delivery update. In the event of a genuine claim of damaged goods, please contact us with details and photos as evidence including the packaging and any signs of leakage, damage or tampering and we will be happy to assist you with lodging a claim or getting a replacement or refund as required. All bottles are sold brand new from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated and all smaller bottles are taped up before leaving the store to reduce the chance of leaking while in transit. Buyer must pay for postage to return item to us but this may be reimbursed depending on the situation. Please notify us within 24 hours from receipt of item if we are to expect a return. The return must then be received by us within 30 days from the date you purchased the item. If you have made an incorrect purchase, refunds will be negotiated at our discretion.
