Easy to use.
Simply add it to a pot or kettle to boil water, or use it when cooking rice, miso soup, and other soups, simmered dishes, etc. It can also be used for cooking rice, miso soup, and simmered dishes, as well as for coloring and glazing beds of rice bran and black beans, and for removing sand from shellfish.
Rusting and care
Basically, we recommend washing in water. If washing with detergent, please rinse thoroughly with water. The pot is prone to rust, so when you are finished using it, remove water with kitchen paper or a cloth and dry it thoroughly. To prevent rusting, wrap it in dry cloth or tissue and store it in a Ziploc or similar container so that it does not come into contact with air. Do not use citric acid if the product has rusted. It will cause oxidation. If rust appears, polish with a cloth or brush.
