Shipping Policy
U.S. Orders
· Fast and free Priority shipping: 1 – 2 handling business
days, and 2 – 5 business days once it leaves our warehouse.
· Expedited shipping – Available for a flat rate of $19.99
– 1 business day to process order, and 2 – 3 business days for shipping once it
has left our warehouse.
International Shipping (Outside the U.S):
· Face & Body Shoppe gladly accepts orders from all
over the globe. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery
address for your order.
· Shipping requires 1 – 2 handling business days, and 2 – 3
weeks once it leaves our warehouse.
International shipments are subject to Customs inspections
as well as possible fees and/or taxes. These additional costs are based on
which country the package is shipped to, and payment is the responsibility of
the customer, not Face & Body Shoppe. Shipping delays could be as lengthy
as 2 – 3 weeks, depending on Customs. A signature may also be required upon
delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any international order, depending on
the situation. Shipping charges, taxes and other country’s fees are non-refundable.
Return Policy
You may return most
new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also
pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you
received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your
package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund
more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your
return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process
your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes to
process our refund request (3-5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account and request to
return the item/s you have purchased We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund
once we've received and processed the returned item.
