In this absolutely gorgeous $10 federal reserve note, the third printing (i.e. serial numbers and seals) are completely missing. This error is commonly referred to as an insufficient inking error, third print error, or missing overprint (3rd print) error.

From my experience, this error is rarer than the error where the third print (I.e. serial numbers) are printed on the back (or reverse side) of the note.

This note is Graded 63 (Choice New) with a PPQ designation by PCGS Currency.

This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a stunning note with an extremely visually appealing error. It makes for a great conversation piece, even with non-currency collectors.
