In this gorgeous $10 note, the third printing (i.e. serial numbers and seals) are completely missing. This error is commonly referred to as an insufficient inking error, third print error, or missing overprint (3rd print) error. From my experience, this error is rarer than the error where the third print (I.e. serial numbers) are printed on the back (or reverse side) of the note.

This note is Graded 62 (Uncirculated) with an EPQ designation by the reputable PMG.

PMG uses the designation Exceptional Paper Quality (EPQ) for notes that, in the opinion of PMG graders, are original. By original, we mean that a note has not been physically, chemically, or materially processed to lend the appearance of a higher grade.

Talk about a fantastic opportunity to purchase a stunning note with an extremely visually appealing error.
