Injector  fully reconditioned to manufacturers specification using only genuine BOSCH parts and calibration shims. 

We have changed the ball bearing, ball bearing seat, high pressure seal.

all the calibartion is done on KrugerQ

Injector was fully tested on BOSCH EPS 118

Test is fully automatic and takes about 20 minutes:

- electrical system
- full load  (VL 1600 Bars )
- emission (EM 800 bars)
- pilot injection (VE 300 bars)
- pilot injection 2 (VE2 800 bars)
- seal (back leak 1700 max operaiting pressure for injector CRI 2.2)
 and passed for working well.

Report was printed and will be posted with the injector.

Before fitting injector please clean all of common rail components and change fuel fillter
