* Do not wash. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Please clip and remove any loose ends with scissors. Use rug indoors, away from high moisture areas. To avoid fading do not expose rug to direct sunlight. Blot spills immediately using a dry absorbent cloth and do not allow water to soak rug. Avoid using harsh chemicals that may damage the rug. Vacuum regularly to maintain best appearance. Turn rug around occasionally to equalize wear. For hard-to-remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended. Due to the handmade nature of this product, a slight variation in color may occur.

SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped same or next day. Because some of my items are shipped directly from the vendor warehouse, I must allow a 3 business day lead. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. If you order and pay on Friday, it might not ship until the following Tuesday or Wednesday, but usually will ship on that Monday. Please expect this when ordering and be pleasantly surprised when it ships sooner.

This item will ship either from Louisiana or California. If it ships from California, it will ship UPS and will require a signature upon receipt. If it ships from Louisiana, it will ship USPS. Tracking will be uploaded same or next day after shipping.
