The assessment of the condition of things is also perceived differently by everyone. If the goods do not meet your expectations, or if there is a defect that I have overlooked, this was certainly NOT my intention and should usually be clarified. As you have probably already read on ebay, giving only 4 or less stars has an effect

recently like a negative rating for us. If you are really dissatisfied with a single point, do not hesitate to tell us about your negative purchase experience so that we can improve our service.

Explanation of the item condition:
New = unworn, some with tags
Like new = hardly worn, no signs of wear
Very good = Worn, slight signs of wear possible
Good = often worn, signs of wear present,
but no holes

We trade in used goods, so the note.!!!

Of course, if you are not satisfied, you have the right to return it. ( !! I don't want to send any problems back please!!!
