The Cover is dual-coated and made out of heavy-duty high-grade vinyl, with built-in horizontal crossbars that offer support when the cover is lying flat; and roll up with the tarp to provide full bed access when in need. Q：Does the roll-up cover flap at high speed? any wind noise？

A：flapping occurs if not secured correctly, tighten the clamps well and install weather stripping along the front of the bed, make sure there is no gap between the cover and truck.
